It takes 1 - 3 business days to process your order. However, due to high demands especially during holiday seasons, our vendors may need more time to process and ship out your order from the warehouse. We are based in Dubai, UAE. However, we partner with multiple vendors around the world so you do not need to worry about expensive shipping cost!

Q: "Will i get tracking number for my order?"

Q: "Why my tracking number shows as "no status"?"

Q: "The tracking shows as delivered but I have not received my order"

Q: "my order is lost during shipment. What should I do?"

Q: “I have only received part of my shipment, where are the other items?”
